Gents, do you have any advice on how to stop being a lazy fuck in the mornings and actually get out of bed?

I've always been bad at not getting up until the very last minute possible. Lately with working from home being a thing, I've been rolling out of bed 1 minute before my shift starts and turning on the laptop. I feel like I'm losing a lot of actually usable time during the days. Any advice on sorting myself out?
